Knee To Chest Exercise:- This pool therapy exercise is very effective in strengthening the leg, hip, and lower back muscles. Just stand on one leg and slightly bend it and try to outstretch it.

Wall-facing Leg Stretch Exercise:- It's also known as the superman position exercise where body and legs are outstretched and balanced by water. It helps in strengthening shoulder muscles, back and joints pain.

Pool Walking Exercise:- People must walk in forwarding & backward directions under the water of having chest-high level. This exercise doesn't leave any impact on the knees and hip region. It's excellent for arthritis & also known as power walking.

Quadruped Activity and Exercise

This exercise is pretty much good for back pain, where you need to make paddling motions with the help of your arms or legs while floating on one's back.

Push-Ups

Push-ups are always good to exercise, either it's in water or on the floor. First, you should stand in the pool & must keep your arms and shoulder-width apart. Just start pressing weight with the help of your hands and raise it in an upward direction.
