Jade and Jemma Part 2

          Chapter 3: Jade's strange encounter
   As I was walking down the halls,I heard crying in the Library next to my locker. I picked up my light-pink Algabra book and tried to get a peak inside. As the door creaked louder,the crying slowly stoped,trying to hide itself.
    "Hello? Anyone in here? You can come out..!" I said,my British voice echoing through the labyrinth of books. I closed the door silently as I took a step,hearing the smooth,quiet *click* of the lock. I looked around,trying not to make a sound....*sniff*.
   "Huh? I'm serious! Anyone here!?" I said,getting impatient. When I got closer to the fourth shelf near the Manga section,the sniffling got louder. I gasped as I saw a petite,pale,nerdy-librarian-looking girl with curled hair and small glasses. She looked cute. Like something out of those popularity movies where the nerdy girl turns into that pretty popular girl. Unfortunately,she didn't go through the pretty-girl phase,yet.
  "Hi?" I said while leaving my hand out since she was sobing on the ground reading Manga Drawing 101. "AHH! Oh my god! Don't you ever KNOCK??" "There's no doors here..?" "THEN KNOCK ON ONE OF THE SHELVES OR SOMETHING!!"
   The poor girl looked angry and confused. I tried my best to act calm and friendly,"I-I'm sorry to..Um,surprise you..? W-what are you doing here,anyway? Are you okay? Why were you crying?" She ripped off the head of a girl in her book while staring straight at me with insomnia-looking eyes,"Um...Why'd you cut the head off?...." "Because it asked too many questions."
